**Schedule and Accommodation Details:** You'll be flying into San Jose on August 14, 2025, and departing from Liberia Airport, Costa Rica on August 20, 2025. Transportation will pick you up in San Jose around 12:45 PM. If you arrive after this time, we can arrange your pick-up via a taxi or our tour guide for an additional fee of $100, which is not included in the retreat venue rate. The travel time from Liberia is approximately 2 hours, with our departure scheduled for 9 AM from the hotel, arriving around 11:00 AM. Please book your return flights accordingly, or feel free to take a taxi to the airport on your own.

The last Morning, we depart for Liberia Airport for our journey home after (Included Breakfast)

The travel time from Liberia is approximately 2 hours, with our departure scheduled for 9 AM from the hotel, arriving around 11:00 AM. Please book your return flights accordingly, for return.

If any are staying longer or late night flight, or feel free to take a taxi to the airport on your own. Our retreat guide/driver has only 1 transfer from Hotel to Liberia Airport.

Our policy is firm. For all payments, if canceled less than 120 days prior to retreat arrival date - There is no refund. If written request to cancel is made 121 days or more prior to retreat date, 65% of payments made are refunded.
